Services
We offer comprehensive care whether you're a routine Primary Care patient we come to see every month or someone who only needs to be seen occasionally when you're having an episode of illness or injury. See the broad range of services we can offer, tailored to your needs.
Primary Care
Natalie is a Nurse Practitioner with years of experience working as a Primary Care Provider (PCP). She is currently accepting new patients within the service area.
Primary Care services include:
• preventative care & health education
• routine health screenings
• routine lab work (ordered via mobile lab)
• chronic disease management
• medication prescriptions
• referrals and care coordination
Urgent Care
Friendly Faces can treat mild illnesses and injuries within reason. Natalie can evaluate and treat a variety of acute (new/episodic) conditions like respiratory or urinary infections, skin injuries/rashes, fevers, strains/sprains and many more. We can perform some testing in the home (Covid, Flu, Urine, etc.) and order additional diagnostics if needed like labs or X-rays via third party vendors.
If your symptoms or condition is more concerning, or an issue not well evaluated in the home setting, we can provide recommendations for where you are best served.
Referrals
Like a typical PCP, Friendly Faces can provide referrals for specialists, skilled nursing and medical equipment. Be it a need for a Cardiologist or Pulmonologist, Home Health for wound care, Physical Therapy for some strength training, or orders for durable medical supplies, we've got you covered.
We can also point you in the direction of some resources we've found along the way when it comes to home dental care, caregiving services or facilities we think are great.
Transitional Care
Natalie has years of experience working with geriatrics and patients with chronic disease and disability. She can assist you with defining your specific goals of care and then tailor your healthcare to a level of intervention that aligns and focuses on your quality of life. This is an ongoing and collaborative process amongst you, your support network and your healthcare team that we want to be as clear and comfortable as possible.
When you need strictly comfort care, Natalie is able to provide a Palliative Care referral and/or transfer your care to Hospice Services.
